Henry Williams

Henry Williams grew up around the Conehatta community. He began playing stickball at the age of 13, and later assisted in implementing new rules to the game of stickball. Mr. Williams also goes on to share about his living situations. His experiences paint a picture that is very similar to many other Choctaw families during this time, and it provides a glimpse into their everyday life. This article is from 53rd Annual Choctaw Indian Fair program and was provided to the CTEOHP by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians – Tribal Archives.
